Collaboration and Support from the District Head of Central Lampung Regency on ST2023

The implementation of the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) is in sight. Central Lampung Regency BPS continues to move and improve to prepare the largest data collection event in the agricultural sector. Socialization, coordination and communication continue to be carried out in order to achieve the success of the 10-year BPS activity. Participation and support from all parties involved, both stakeholders, relevant ministries/institutions, agricultural associations, academics and farmers are certainly highly expected.

The coordination and communication developed by the Central Lampung Regency BPS under the command of Mr. Tri Kuntjoro gave quite good results. The head of BPS for Central Lampung Regency was able to convince the sub-district government to work together to make the 2022 Agricultural Census successful, especially in Central Lampung. The collaboration and support of the District Head is reflected in the video testimonial of ST2023's support at the meeting between the sub-district head and BPS on 11 July 2022. Collaboration and support, especially the sub-district government, is very much needed. The sub-district government can be the driving force for the people in their jurisdiction to participate in the 2023 Agricultural Census.

Through this opportunity, he conveyed the benefits of the Agricultural Census to advance the agricultural sector, especially Central Lampung. The agricultural sector provides the largest contribution to the economy of Central Lampung. In 2021, the agricultural sector will contribute 34.19 percent. The success of the 2023 Agricultural Census will determine the future of Central Lampung agriculture in the future.
