Abstract

the purpose of the 2019 SKD implementation is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as supporters of improving the quality of data and statistical information. These objectives are as stated in the Head of BPS Regulation No. 99 of 2014 concerning Conducting Data Needs Surveys in the Central Statistics Agency. In addition, the implementation of the 2019 SKD can also provide an indication of the quality of BPS services. This is intended to answer the mandate of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services.For 2019, the value of Bps Lampung Tengah Regency Consumer Satisfaction Index. Central is 86.62
