Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Lampung Tengah Regency 2023

The implementation of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) aims to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and PST BPS services in Central Lamung Regency.The scope of SKD 2022 respondents is consumers who have received services from PST BPS Central Lampung Regency during January 1 2023 until the end of the enumeration period. The actual number of 2023 SKD respondents in Central Lampung Regency BPS was 32 respondents. The 2023 SKD data collection at PST BPS Central Lampung Regency was carried out by filling out a self-questionnaire (self-enumeration) via electronic enumeration (online).The 2023 SKD results were analyzed to obtain information regarding consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data.
