Abstract

The formation of prices for building/construction materials is determined by many factors. One of the underlying things is the character and conditions of a region. The regional conditions in question are the ability of a region to produce and meet the needs for construction materials, both those originating from nature (natural materials) and building materials produced by factories. This is because, the closer an area is to the main source of a commodity, it will directly have an impact on reducing intermediate costs as a consequence of lower transportation costs, warehousing, and so on.
