Abstract

The report on the results of the implementation of the Data Needs Survey of BPS-Statistics of Lampung Tengah Regency provides an overview of the level of user satisfaction with services at the Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST) of BPS-Statistics of Lampung Tengah Regency. The indicators presented in the report for the Second Quarter of 2024 include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
