Coordination with Deputy (Pak Kadaryanto and Head of Provincial BPS regarding Agro and ST2023)

Central Lampung Regency BPS made a visit to the Central Lampung Regency Regent's Office with the Head of Lampung Province BPS, Endang Retno Sri Subiyandani and the Director of Statistics for Food Crops, Plantations, and Horticulture BPS RI. Upon arrival, he was greeted by the Regent of Central Lampung Regency, Hi. Musa Ahmad, S.Sos and the Regional Secretary of Central Lampung Regency.

The visit was to coordinate activities related to the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023). The purpose of this ST2023 activity is to provide data on agricultural structures, especially for the smallest administrative units, provide data that can be used as a benchmark for current agricultural statistics, and provide a sample framework for further agricultural surveys. The agricultural sub-sectors that will be recorded in ST2023 are food crops, horticulture, plantations, livestock, fisheries, forestry, and agricultural services. It is hoped that the ST2023 data collection can answer the latest strategic issues in the agricultural sector.
